On the other hand for Immediate Head it is your job to evaluate objectively your subordinates, do it. PREMACOR MBR - Jig Board Leader he earns 12k a month, with a especial skill " a loud mouth ", let him do jigboard work or assemble a masterboard & compared it to PREMACOR'S main Jigboard Leader, well most of Lear Engg, other suppliers employee knew this that this guy compared to that guy is like comparing a Machining Center vs a conventional Milling, my god. <br />2.) This guy is not even a Degree Holder/ Techie Person.<br />3.) Some says this guy Overtimed doing nothing, walk..walk..talk..walk. "big mouth"<br />4.) (remember who ever you are that premacor helped you and you helped premacor which is a good thing to consider that your part of the success..) maybe not financially but pride and dignity)..<br /><br />we pledge to a company to "work" and dedicate our lives to this but don't take it too mindlessly that you get what you want because you aren't the only person working hard.<br /><br />the only thing that these people are posting negative things is that they are financially discontented..
